About Phoenix CFO
Ming founded Phoenix CFO in 2023 to bridge the gap between what institutional investors expect and what early-stage SaaS and Consumer brands can show. These companies often have amazing products and services, but are too early in their journey to have the financial expertise to build detailed business plans that guide strategic decisions and help investors understand the business in a tangible way.
With over a decade of experience as a former VC-backed executive, investor, and CFO, Ming brings multiple perspectives to help early-stage teams work through key strategic and operational finance questions, at a fraction of the cost of an experienced full-time CFO.
Outside of work, Ming serves as Treasurer and Board Officer for the Westcave Outdoor Discovery Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, travels the world, and raises two cats, Pumpkin and Nori.
